ON SITE HYDRAULIC HOSE FABRICATION. We have a trailer that is fully stocked with all the necessary equipment to assemble hydraulic hose from 1/4" to 2" up to 6000psi . With so much equipment coming in from other countries we have a large selection of metric hose ends as well the standard JIC, NPT and SAE threads. We also have large selection of conversion adaptors as well. We represent the Aeroquip Corporation who has strict guidelines for their distributors by mandating that anyone who assembles their product must have attended a week long instructional training school.
BANDSAW BLADES. Coldwell has been a Lenox representative for over 30 years and has been welding bandsaw blades since 1992. Our capability ranges from 1/4" to 1 1/4" wide in carbon steel and bi-metal coil stock. We have various TPI (teeth per inch) coils in stock and are in a position to make a blade for almost any application. Lenox also offers a factory trained service technician to come to your plant and adjust your saw and make recommendations for your cutting needs. There is no cost to you for this service.
Conveyor Belting. Conveyor belting is a product that Coldwell has been involved with since 1971. We purchase belting in 72" wide rolls and slit it to the width and length of our customers needs. We can cut and splice your belt in our shop or on sight if necessary; we offer two forms of splicing, mechanical and cold cement splicing. We have experience in heavy duty belting used in the mining industry as well as light duty belting similar to that of belting used on checkout counters in grocery stores.
OPEN ISSUE STOCKING. We can come into a plant on a weekly basis and restock a portion of small commonly used parts. Such as hose fittings, tube fittings, clamps, orings etc, This gives access to basic material that all maintenance personnel need without having to sign out of their storeroom.
